Give me hazel *at least*

2018-03-19 18:53:05 UTC

I don't think it works like that, the field talks about only two true eye colors, blue and brown

2018-03-19 18:53:37 UTC

any sort of hazel or green is simply blue covered with lymph or such

Do you think tempeh is an acceptable form of soy, since it's fermented?

2018-03-27 12:50:12 UTC

@Aleis⊕ccidentalis I was confused by that. I thought tempeh didn't have the estrogen problem, but it does. https://www.livestrong.com/article/547762-tempeh-estrogen/ Quote: "...tempeh is fermented, which allows easier digestion of its protein and reduces the harmful affect of its phytic acid. Like all soy products, tempeh contains plant hormones known as phytoestrogens, specifically called isoflavones." So, if you are worried about estrogen, tempeh is not the answer. Whether or not the soy-estrogen question is something to worry about is a different question.
