I too used to have issues with gains.
Creatine raises DHT (a metabolized form of test) so if you're part of the crowd that is genetically prone to losing hair from DHT binding to hair follicles then yes you will lose hair at a faster rate
If you're not then don't worry about it
23andme usually can tell you if you're likely to have male pattern baldness
And tbh if creatine makes you lose your hair then it's inevitable anyway
