Water is much better than soda. That's what I was saying no reason to get super strict about, just drink when your thirsty and make sure you stay hydrated, but overdrinking can cause several health issues

Downhill is the best self confidence builder I've ever experienced fellas. Makes me feel closer to  ☦ big G ☦  when I'm shredding innawoods. It's also a full body workout and trains depth perception, balance, and fear management. This shit unironically changed my life famalam. Also the mountians are blessed impassable terrain for thots so you don't have to deal with women for entire weekends. GET ON IT.
