Water is overrated, athletes have gotten sick with too much water drinking
Drink when you need it, but drinking when your not thirsty is not good for you

Truth is you should always have water on and should be drinking that instead of soda
you dont nessasarily have to get anal with the ounces but if you know how big your water bottle is you will have an idea
