That's good! I have been doing lower reps and time under tension.
I lift heavy and do reverse pyramid except for bullshit exercises like dips, curls, pullups, pulldowns, pullovers, etc. I do maximum reps with maximum weight for 3 sets.
How long have you been at it?
I don't go until I am exhausted, just enough to feel torn up then go home and eat a steak 😉
I've only been lifting for 4-5 years.
Do you pull conventional?
That's some good results then, nice
seated row: 100x10, 200 x10, 260x10 (stopped, will increase weight)
bench: 100x10, 160x13 (failed at 13s eccentric, will increase)
lat pulldown: 260x15 (failed at 6s eccentric, will increase)
Shoulder press: 100x9 (failed at 10s, will increase)
Leg press: machined max x20+ (lost count, switching back to bodyweight)
ok now I wanna see @Xychotic food
I was trying to identify where I was, since the goal is to hit 80% max capacity and only manage 6 reps before failure.
@YuriBezmenov What do you mean conventional?
Are your arms outside of your legs or inside?
@Xychotic I suggest you replace leg press with squatting. Leg press is terrible for you.
When you do deadlifts
outside
Is that conventional?
Yea
Ok
Is that bad?
Thats good
Ok
I can probably do 500lbs but I don't see the point in going higher than that.
400lbs squat is already too heavy for me lol
I lift much lighter.
Growing in strength is super encouraging.
I don't do a lot of high impact athletics anymore. I just want to look amazing naked and feel strong.
The routine I do basically translates to strength gains every week.
Good!
You want to be training within 65% to 85% of your 1rm anyways
I still need to lose weight.
Low bodyfat (walk an hour a day and eat right) + lifting 2-3 days a week is all I do lol
I don't complicate it.
I've been using my walks to catch up on HHH.
I need to internalize so I get over this cunt.
Smart
Perfect way to do cardio
I also listen to @Happy Humble Hermit when I jerk off for ultimate efficiency.
*cough*
*stares at @YuriBezmenov*
Your move.
