buy the end of the day, a massive round table is completely filled and stacked 10 plates high, i shit you not.

2018-03-24 08:03:09 UTC

and they had a baby with them

2018-03-24 08:03:17 UTC

and just force fed it meatloaf

2018-03-24 08:03:24 UTC

it was nuts man

haha fatties

2018-03-24 08:04:17 UTC

lol

I hate fat people

2018-03-24 08:04:59 UTC

it's not a good look

we need a zombie apocalypse

CARDIO MFs

2018-03-24 08:05:39 UTC

i dont care if people are fat, just dont pretend that it's normal

2018-03-24 08:08:30 UTC

Even something as simple as the "non-scale victories", Boogie talked about on TOP.

2018-03-24 08:08:49 UTC

i'm not familiar with that

2018-03-24 08:08:55 UTC

Like being able to walk his dog for more than a block without losing breath.

2018-03-24 08:09:07 UTC

ok gotcha

2018-03-24 08:09:07 UTC

Or exercise for more than 15 min.

2018-03-24 08:09:47 UTC

Because there's the old "you need to exercise for at least one hour for the body to start burning fat" advice.

2018-03-24 08:09:57 UTC

I wonder if there's a way to calculate what weight for you is heavy enough to lose your breath eventually just by walking

2018-03-24 08:10:02 UTC

basically just do something productive everyday, dont waste days doing nothing

2018-03-24 08:11:10 UTC

you can be skinny and have shitty cardio, i dont know how you can really calculate that

2018-03-24 08:12:20 UTC

I can't really imagine any skinny person losing their breath from just walking though unless they have some severe condition, I feel like you'd have to be exceptionally overweight

2018-03-24 08:13:23 UTC

thats true, but i have to admit even at my skinniest i had some horrible cardio. like walking a hill would get me winded

2018-03-24 08:14:09 UTC

so i think you need to take just cardio in general into consideration, not just wieght

2018-03-24 08:14:19 UTC

A hill basically simulates gained weight, since you're pushing harder against gravity

2018-03-24 08:14:26 UTC

So that's understandable

2018-03-24 08:14:29 UTC

If someone is skinny because they don't eat much food at all, but they literally never move (like spend all their time on computer) if they walk around the block they would run out of breath

2018-03-24 08:14:51 UTC

a brisk walk for sure

2018-03-24 08:15:01 UTC

maybe not a stroll

2018-03-24 08:15:17 UTC

but a faster pace will do it

2018-03-24 08:15:40 UTC

Hm, I wonder how much more in shape someone who walks around for an hour a day is compared to someone who walks around for a minute a day. Both miniscule, but one's 60x the other.

2018-03-24 08:15:47 UTC

I'm thinking if the only walking they do at all is to their fridge and to their bathroom

2018-03-24 08:16:02 UTC

assuming the person doesn't work or do school

2018-03-24 08:16:05 UTC

anything where they have to move

2018-03-24 08:16:37 UTC

@Chloé Adsolution I think their would be a big difference

2018-03-24 08:16:42 UTC

it is hard to quantify, i mean what do you use for the metrics? but i would say in decently better shape

2018-03-24 08:16:49 UTC

Their muscles will deteriorate by not using them

2018-03-24 08:17:15 UTC

and the fact they are skinny means they must not eat much food, which means they aren't sustaining the muscles they do have anyway

2018-03-24 08:17:26 UTC

it also gets your blood pumping and metabolism going

2018-03-24 08:17:47 UTC

you just feel better after getting exercise

2018-03-24 08:18:11 UTC

I'm pretty immobile during Spring/Fall since I ski regularly in the Winter and I'm outside a lot in the Summer, but whenever I go up and down my stairs or anywhere around the house, I'm pretty much always jumping and running from one place to the next as fast as I can

2018-03-24 08:18:25 UTC

I wonder how that is compared to just slowly walking to the fridge for instance
