@Nota Bene - NY are you like a female or
i heard that in a rap song once @Selma
are you expecting a homosexual black
Totally female
I just made that line up, but now I'm flattered, Gumbo.
@Nota Bene - NY I never give to Blacks or Mexicans. I've been threatened so many times by these people that I can't even count the number of times.
@Nota Bene - NY I started with the philosophy that if I have a few extra dollars in my pocket, and some destitute dude needs it, I really honestly don't because I have money beyond the few dollars I'm doling out. basically if I were in the shoes of the homeless destitute, how would I want to be treated by someone else in society?
It sucks to be so jaded, and to not give anyone money because the immoral homeless people ruin it for the people who may genuinely need aid.
And if it's a fat homeless person? Ooooh, they make my blood boil when they act like they need my money.
I recognize that most of the people I give money to are scam artists that are only too happy to find another victim. but those people are suffering on a level that I can never or will ever be able to relate to. some part of me feels an obligation to help those people
@OMGDwayne Living in NYC and working where I work I'm so redpilled, I became VERY cynical when it comes to coloreds.
We tried to handout bagged lunches to the homeless people of Arlington, VA in 2017. They were too good for our food.
There ya go
and you never know when the five bucks that you give someone is contributing to preventing someone losing the house. there's always a chance that you're truthfully helping out someone in need. and that makes all the wasted money to addicts worth it.
We left a bunch of them in Richard's fridge haha
Thirty bagged lunches
I haven't even seen many in Arlington theyre all in dc
There are quite a few in DC
The demographics in DC are...less than desirable.
AKA Greg Conte's food for 3 weeks @Reinhard Wolff
oh no wonder Patrick that makes more sense
The bagged lunches might have just been for whomever was on the couch.
I went on a school trip there when I was 13 and a black homeless dude tried to flash the girls group.
Tried...he succeeded.
DC is vibrant.
@Selma I feel very sorry for these homeless people. Back in the 70s I drove small tractor-trailors for Bekins. During peak demand we would hire part-time laborers. They were all pretty much babbling street loonies. They were all ashamed of their station in life. All day you would hear endless excuses from them about why they were in such a bind. They were also very bad workers. They are mentally ill in my opinion. They simply just don't know how to live within civilized norms. Don't have a clue.
@Sam Southern - TN I hear you. But they are to hooked to the gubmint tit, they often have more stuff than many of the people they beg from. Begging is just a lifestyle, not a need.
I actually really like DC, for what it's worth.
whatever you do dont walk around the greener areas in DC in the morning its a sad sight. at night you barely notice homeless people but holy shite theyre everywhere in the day
The architecture is superb.
A month or so ago, every homeless person I saw in Baltimore was a white guy. At least 20 of them.
its a great city around Georgetown
@OMGDwayne - You feel such compassion for them while recognizing that they're mentally ill and "degenerate". That's wonderful.
the baseball stadium has gentrified southeast thank god. less gay bars too i think
@NateDahl76 More and more white beggars on the subway in NYC
DC is stunningly beautiful, but I think those are the only parts they showed us on the class trip.
I haven't really been to any of the bad areas.
During our banner drop in DC I was surprised by the abundance of statues to "democratic revolutionaries" in South and Central America.
This real?
