@Jacob phpmyadmin is a self-contained web ui to a database, it's not for making anything outside of it. but it's better to get started quickly with that and then you can make a new frontend for the data in the database later

@Jacob now it's possible you could say that a move made by government could *suppress wage growth* but in all the work we studied in school it was wage depression or "increase in available labor depresses wages". The correct term for your heading is Wage Depression.
