Yep. Fireside is on tonight lads
everybody vote - ever
my brain is thinking of all the deceased people who ended up on ballots 🤔
You don’t lose your right to vote just because you die. Stop trying to suppress the vote.
Trump should veto any budget that doesn't fund the wall.
@Hakujin - CA Then they'll blame him for the prolonged government shutdown. He can't win either way.
honestly
who cares
immigration is the only issue that matters
Immigration is far from the only issue that matters.
It's the endgame for us and it being controlled how we like is a victory condition for us.
But there are so many other issues in play
Similar to saying "The queen is the only chess piece that matters"
Or King perhaps.
Immigration is far and away the most important issue. But even if we closed the borders tomorrow, if birth rates remain what they are, the great replacement is finishing the job.
The main issue is the globalist/neoliberal power structure.
SJWs? lol
Media, finance, big tech, academia, NGOs
Establishment politicians
@Reinhard Wolff Absolutely. If we change our immigration policy, it still won't solve all of our domestic issues.
We need a new ruling elite.
I'm here 😎
Your time has come...

Indeed *looks off into the distance dramatically*
Do you think the protrump republicans doing better than the moderate republicans in the midterms could be considered an indication that the power of the ruling elite is shifting? Specifically when it comes to establishment politicians
@Bjorn - MD @Bjorn - MD *with a squint*
Will, I think that just indicates that the will of the people has shifted.
I suppose that comes long before any substantial change
It's indicative that an anti-globalist/pro-populist wing is growing within the GOP as well.
What I was trying to express is that it's worth it for Trump to face the backlash if it means restricting immigration. I could be wrong, though. Maybe it's better to play the long game.
Or rather Trump has opened up space for politicians who are willing to offer people what they’ve wanted for a while.
Remains to be seen whether anything substantial will come of it though.
But the powers that be are still the powers that be.
I'd like to see the republican party become what the democrats were 20 years ago in a sense. The working mans party rather than the country club party
I guess it won't really matter if Trump shuts down immigration today but the power structure remains, since they'll just revert his changes
we'd have to take on more than corporate tax cuts then @William Russell
but i'm with you
