@William Russell Congrats! We drove 1300 from CA to MT when he was 4 weeks old.
I felt pretty recovered after about 2 and a half weeks
@missliterallywho haha that puts me at ease about traveling with ours.
Would love to have a baby meetup at the conference 👶 👶 👶
Gotta stop pretty often driving with a baby but it's doable
@missliterallywho She was on the fence about bringing her. She wants to come but didn’t want to leave the baby. I think she’s prolly just a little protectionist, which is fine of course, this is our first. It’s not real to me quite yet
@William Russell Definitely don't leave the baby. Way too early to be apart. Ours is 2 months yesterday and I'm nowhere near ready to be apart from him for more than 10 minutes. Those hormones are strong, for good reason. It'll get real soon enough, and in a hurry! Do you know whether it's a boy or girl?
A little girl we’re naming her (redacted) :). I’m sure she’ll end up coming then lol
So sweet, can't wait to meet her 🌸
Yours as well
Lol I've been wanting to come up with an internet pseudonym for the baby, doesn't feel quite right to say his real name online
Haha yea I just experienced all of that as you can tell by the redact
Pseudonym can't be a name we might use on a sibling, makes it tough!
50 years later my daughter’s SCOTUS nomination. “ I see you were a member of IE when you were an embryo”
Gotta build that resume early
Haha fo sho
if anyone needs help with SEO or other digital marketing, let me know - i'm a pro
We've joked that our son's Indian name would be "Grunting Bear" cos he has several hats/hoods with bear ears (SO ADORABLE) and he's a noisy little bugger
Imma DM you @Gumbo - AZ so there will be a thread for future reference
sounds good 👍🏻
@Gumbo - AZ I've tried getting into that before, but had some trouble getting the hang of it. I'd be interested in hearing some of your experiences with it.
I've worked on hundreds of websites in nearly every vertical - it's not simple at all and there's a strategy to figuring out what to do depending on what you're trying to accomplish
mostly, you should square off all the main technical features of the website - like a tune-up on a car before you hit the road
then, competitive research is important to figure out 1) what to measure up to 2) find new ways to get ahead
you'll want to do what you can to match your competitors, then create a strategy to advance your goals where they are failing to measure up
Sounds like it pays off though. I listened to an online seminar with an affiliate marketer before. He represented it as MUCH more simple than it actually was. Pretty much a ploy to get the viewers to buy his book
Who can get me into the religion server?
Uh did anyone listen to the Mike and Ethnarc thing this Thursday? Any impressions on the last 4 minutes?
It sounds like they're going insane

What are they saying?

They're saying if you have family who voted Democrat then they are not your family. If Democrat-voting family members find out their views they may doxx you and contact your employer and try to get you fired. They said they have set up their own Thanksgiving group because they are your new family now.
A bit much
My mom lied to me and said she voted for Evan McMullin
Seems like a really weird thing to lie about
