Whites are used to high social trust and individualism. They typically don't understand that everyone else is tribal unless they had the misfortune of growing up in a diverse area and attending public school.

@Nemets California has massive white flight and self selection. There is overwhelming evidence that whites who live around blacks have higher levels of "implicit bias" against them. Whites in Mississippi vote as a racial bloc. Not so in Vermont

These were the demographics of my high school in 2007. I went in 2012, so it was worse when I went there. No idea why the gender ratio is messed up lol.

@Nemets Most whites chose to flee those cities for the burbs. Those that remain 1. prefer urban living (which is itself associated with liberalism) 2. Are less likely to be hetero white nuclear families and 3. Still live in highly segregated neighborhoods
