Uh. The safe harbor deadline was five days ago guys. Every state has already certified their individual election results. Even if the courts *do* rule that a significant amount of fraud took place, it's far too late for that to change anything now.
It's over. The only chance Trump has at winning is if enough electoral college voters go rogue, so good luck getting that to happen.
@K.T.B. He has the authority to use the insurrection act which is about the only way to get the right result that others refuse.
The Insurrection Act gives the president the power to employ the US military to suppress domestic unrest. I'm not sure how that's relevant at all?
@K.T.B. eating supper
@K.T.B. You talked about electoral voters going rogue, well that happened in 2016. Look into the election, you will see that there were faithless electors who voted for Trump. The electoral college never votes the same night. And because nobody has conceded like years past, it will come down to the electoral college.
Ah, okay. Yeah, it would definitely be interesting if enough faithless electors voted.
Remember, Hillary won the popular vote but still lost in the electoral college.
History has a tendency to repeat itself.
The case was not rejected on merit, it was rejected on standing, meaning there was no ruling on the evidence. So far no court has yet to listen to the evidence and make a decision. The moment one does, it's light out
It's not "lights out", though. As I said, even if they do make a decision, it's too late for the official state certification to change, now that the safe harbor deadline has passed.
That vote is sealed in each elector's home state until 6 January
On 18 December, Trump's DNI owes him a report on foreign election interference per EO 13848. Assuming Trump declassifies what he needs to declassify and drops the hammer, this will create conditions whereby the state legislatures in these swing states can appoint their own slate of Electors if they deem their popular vote to be corrupted. This authority exists in Article II Section 1 Clause 3 and 3 U.S. Code 2 and 5 and it was the precedent for the disputed election in 1876
Also on Wed 6 Jan 2021, the 12th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution specifies that the "President of the Senate [the Vice President] shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted."
In other words, if there are competing electoral slates, Pence would have the ultimate authority on which slate of electors to accept and which to reject. This is supported by 3 U.S. Code 15.
Trump should enact martial law if he wants to stay in power, if he wanted to have nationalist revolution a lot of people would be willing to join

President Bolsonaro reaffirmed this Monday that his government has had access to uncontested proof that the American general elections were defrauded, rendering the results invalid. He called Chancellor Ernesto Araujo to coordinate with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo the creation of a parallel cabinet headquartered in Brasilia, and stated that "Biden will receive the same treatment we've been giving Maduro of Venezuela."
Thoughts?
Problem I have as a Christian and the grandson of a pastor, Jesus is neither Republican or Democrat. But he doesn't agree with the views of the Democrats based on the Bible.
I'd love for Giuliani to tell me where in the Bible he read that Jesus was a Republican when he loved all man kind.
Agreed
