I don't like pan Europeanism

2018-12-03 22:36:18 UTC

of course, just like I acknowledge that America is not historically a purely- white country

2018-12-03 22:36:42 UTC

I like it to the extent that it prevents brother wars

2018-12-03 22:37:04 UTC

but I’m against trying to lump all of Europe into one identity

2018-12-03 22:37:31 UTC

maybe even “distant cousin” wars.. but still, family

2018-12-03 22:37:47 UTC

@V.Balboa - PA I did not hear that. They brought him on knowing his misdeeds, what made them kick him out?

2018-12-03 22:37:48 UTC

Europe should end up what the US was intended to be with harsher, closed borders: a union of sovereign States (Nation is a better word in this context) with a mutual defense contract/pact

2018-12-03 22:38:05 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN that he was a communist/strasserist

2018-12-03 22:38:42 UTC

@Sam Southern - TN That was no secret either

I'm not in IE because I want some weird Spencerian pan-European empire. I'm in IE because (1) I don't want to be a typical subversive immigrant and I actually support the best interests of my host society, and (2) if nationalism wins in America, it wins in other places, too.

2018-12-03 22:39:01 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN they said he is a communist

2018-12-03 22:39:23 UTC

lol I bet Spencer pictured himself in charge of said empire

2018-12-03 22:39:40 UTC

every post-america thinker pictures themselves as the absolute rulers of whatever state they imagine

2018-12-03 22:39:43 UTC

Emperor Richard I Alcoholicus

2018-12-03 22:40:44 UTC

The struggle reveals the leader, not the other way around. Just more putting of carts before horses.

Pope Dick the Pious

2018-12-03 22:42:55 UTC

yeah, it’s fun to meme about hypotheticals but in reality we gotta support every (productive) form of European/American nationalism and (peacefully) help move it along, whichever path that ends up taking

2018-12-03 22:43:43 UTC

@Sam Southern - TN Old crazy Covington had the tiny bit of self awareness in his otherwise LARPtastic bad optics novels to cast his self insert character as a senile old coot that the characters remove from power for being stubborn and difficult.

2018-12-03 22:44:32 UTC

harold has some good takes and some horrific takes. that is one of the good ones

2018-12-03 22:44:53 UTC

@Sam Southern - TN agreed.
He was an heir to the Serta mattress company IIRC

2018-12-03 22:45:27 UTC

Old money LARPers. He and Spencer alike

2018-12-03 22:46:18 UTC

@Alex Kolchak - NY I basically support the highest possible level of autonomy. Maybe a self defense pact along white countries would be useful, but nothing more than that.

2018-12-03 22:47:22 UTC

More Duolinguo notes. Romanian is bizzare Spanish

2018-12-03 22:47:44 UTC

that’s a good goal. Also communities that are as voluntary as possible. So, for example, if Basques or Bretons want their own little nation, that’s not necessarily a bad thing and should be allowed within reason

2018-12-03 22:47:51 UTC

I thought of it more like French @Wood-Ape - OK/MN

2018-12-03 22:48:16 UTC

@Jacob I have no experience with French other than singing Quebecois canoeing songs

2018-12-03 22:48:58 UTC

There will never be a union of all Europeans. Once we save ourselves we’ll probably go back to killing each other

2018-12-03 22:49:13 UTC

Sadly

2018-12-03 22:49:31 UTC

that’s why we have to allow autonomy whenever it’s reasonable

2018-12-03 22:50:07 UTC

@Lawrence of Eurabia >insert mr bond lyrics about [redacting] nonWhite intruders before going back to fighting one another

2018-12-03 22:51:03 UTC

@Alex Kolchak - NY Absolutely. A common argument against identitarianism is "b-but, if white people want a homeland, what if smaller groups want homelands too?" Good. Let them. "Where do you stop?" You never stop. Countries should be as small as they want to be as long as they can sustain themselves.

2018-12-03 22:51:03 UTC

Thank you, @V.Balboa - PA ! It is such an honour to serve our people alongside America's best men and women.

2018-12-03 22:51:55 UTC

@Lawrence of Eurabia > go back to
It's not like European countries have *less* conflict with each other under multiculturalism

2018-12-03 22:52:09 UTC

*neoreactionary libertarian monarchism intensifies*

2018-12-03 22:52:27 UTC

If anything, the refugee thing is tearing Europe apart

2018-12-03 22:54:05 UTC

also, consider this: hindsight is a bitch, but if European countries got a glimpse of the future in 1914 or so, they’d have probably worked something out

2018-12-03 22:54:35 UTC

That's a good point

2018-12-03 22:54:45 UTC

is that an absolute or constitutional monarchy at this point

2018-12-03 22:55:24 UTC

f, it's constitutional
