@Jacob Well to be honest, I was referring to the German Freicorps of the immediate post WWI. They helped save Poland and the Baltic states from the pathological horror of Communism. This gene pool still exists on spite of the millions of the flower of German youth who were lost. It's not like they're stupid or antything.

One of my uncles actually fought in the German army in Poland

and later fought in the Polish-Bolshevik war
