We have gone to Christmas Eve recently but did Christmas morning when I was a kid

My family has gotten progressively less religious as I've gotten older

One year I went to Christmas mass with my friends' family at their Pentacostal church

it was cool because everyone was white

We used to open one present on Christmas Eve with my Italian cousins so that makes sense with the whole catholic thing

at church when I was younger we were going around in a circle saying what we do for Christmas and this girl said she has a traditional Polish Christmas dinner

I thought it was funny, because there's no such thing. There's a fancy Christmas Eve dinner, but Christmas is just church stuff.

Then everyone looked at me weird for saying that my family goes to church and then just kinda goes about our day.

Just went to a lovely Christmas Eve Church service in Haddenfield, New Jersey in a nearly all-white church. I'm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey visiting my 89-year-old grandmother. Despite using a walker, she's still glowing with health.

Cherry Hill is a lovely suburb of Philadelphia in South Jersey. Many houses for sale here. That's for all you IE newlyweds looking for a nice neighborhood with good schools.

Actually my friend lived in town over Haddonfield. Nice area

It's very peaceful and family-friendly. Has the best schools in the state. My grandmother is planning on writing her house into her will so it stays in the family. @VinceChaos
