I have heard this balkanization theory before it makes sense. Never thought I would say it but I cannot see americans putting up a significant fight unless things change at the top and we know Trump lacks allies there.

Yugoslavia wasn't realyl long lived, it had always been a sort of fake country held together only by a powerful dictator and udner the puppetship of the Soviets. America, besides jsut having way more categories of difference, America has a longer history

this means if America does fall it will be a hell of a lot bloodier. When older nations that have some sort of long standing national identity fall it's always a huge crash, it's in analogy like a giant falling, the crash will be huge

but realyl America will probably not fall from the inside, it will jsut keep rotting from the iside, the real threat for America is foreign invasion
