They decide if the protocols, policies, and procedures of Constitutional law have been violated. The Congress decides the election.

A total of nine exhibits are presented in this video, but there are in fact several hundred of these precincts seizures and ratio transfers on the day of November 4th alone, and the same ratios continue to be transferred for several more days within the overall dataset spanning an entire week.

"The Dominion System isolated a "Flip Set" from the expected vote count and the expected percentage.
It then splices the Flip Set into multiple "ratio sets" and assigns them to precincts throughout the day.
Once a particular "ratio set" receives the votes it needed, it releases that set, and then Dominion injects it into the city wide count.
To hide it's trail, Dominion reassigns the same "ratio set" to different (random) precincts throughout the day, so that the same precinct doesn't keep getting the exact same ratio (or the same set of precincts).
During a particular period of time while a precinct is selected, it gives Trumps an EXACT NUMBER of votes, it gives Biden a MINIMUM number of votes, and splits the small remainder to a third party or to Biden (via random assignment)."

If this were true, there would be no USA. Democracy requires that the people decide who leads their government - there will always some people that will be disappointed. Any American that refuses to accept the legal outcome of an election is... well... by definition, un-American. I have read your opinions on the server and I find you to be a thoughtful person with strong, deep-held opinions. I hope you are just being hyperbolic. Our country is so much stronger when we have thoughtful people from every ideology sharing their viewpoints with a default assumption of mutual respect. One can hope...

As someone who makes a living working with data, I find these attempts to derive meaning out of media feeds a fools errand. The source data is suspect. There are very few automated data uploads from the states to the NYT Edison Research NEP data collection service, from what I can tell. I have been looking for how their data is collected. @TaLoN132 I don't think that changes the analysis. Large Prime ratios transfers occurring shouldn't happen.
Has anyone been investigating the reasons behind so many different locations shutting down the voter count in the early morning hours. I have never seen that happen in any prior election over the past 40 years.
Given that it is a hodgepodge of manual calls to precincts, scraping of data from state election reporting sites, and a few automated feeds... By definition it is not going to be a 100% reliable data source. They then take the data that they are collecting from all these sources and feed them to their Media outlets. So, you are not looking at data uploads from states to NEP, you are looking at uploads from NEP to NYT.

Those ratio transfers would be hidden by the hodgepodge. They shouldn't appear because of the hodgepodge.
