Not exactly the kind of judgement you want in a lawyer to say the least
Don't tell anybody the story will evaporate.
I mean it kind of did when they certified
Martial law would be a good thing to have in place for a coup. Sign me up.
@james j It is not a question of whether or not an officer of the court in good standing has committed some speculated crime for which there is no evidence, but rather that he has presented evidence which opens the door to investigation of legitimate crimes and is therefore being opposed by a variety of international interests.
@james j this same statement can be applied to every human over the age of 2
Depends on whether its in front of a Dem or Rep judge...?
People should trust the media for what reason?
@ImNotGas no according to your own analysis of gullianis behavior over the past four years. If asking for a pardon is something that is unlikely
The military tries to distance itself from politics and I agree wholeheartedly that they should remain neutral.
All that have broken a law are law breakers. Irrefutable tautology.
this is why revolutions fail to change anything for the better
Ok are you being obtuse or do you really not see the point im making?
Thats Directive 51 I mentioned above
Military should always remain apolitical
I think people are overexaggerating the political slant of judges and it's not great for the country
please give an example of his behavior that would warrant pardon seeking
I just want a simple yes or no based on your own analysis of gulianni, what is your answer to the question of likely hood that this occurred , not based on the article but based on everything you have learned about guliani @ImNotGas
youve yet to provide an allegation of a crime
I want Trump to fight tooth and nail on these claims, just because I want to see how far down the rabbit hole goes, but imposing martial law is just asinine
When the military gets involved in politics, you end up with Turkey.
I don't want to end up like Turkey. kthx.
@AdamS The military ought to remain apolitical but it will not. It is comprised of humans and they are a political species.
@james j right i cant answer that question if i dont have anything to judge him on, is there anything close to a crime that he has done?
Turkey has lots of cats.
@james j do you have a single reference that i could look at? or are we just going to play its possible he did something game?
That's essentially an ad-hom argument. You can't dismiss every point by attacking the source. At some point, a fact is a fact. In this case, they cite the source of the numbers.
One would hope they abide by the laws at least.
I'm pretty sure the military is unable to get involved due to numerous reasons.
When the founder of the KGB was asked why he had Lenin assassinated, he replied, "who needs revolutionaries after the revolution is won?"
Hasn't the military been involved since Trump started replacing everyone in the Pentagon
@AdamS In my experience, they will cover by use of law where possible and find a patsy where admissable.
@Dedkraken No.
@ImNotGas I just want a simple yes or no based on what you know. It’s a easy question. Just say no if you don’t think it’s likely based on what you know or yes based on what you know
Wasnt it Rob Mueller and Don Rumsfeld who lied to the American public about there being weapons of mass destruction in Iraq? Back in 2001?
