@Recalibar But being a complete computer moron, I probably would not recognize any such documentation if it was standing in my garden with bright flashing neon lights saying: "I am proof of computer-election-fraud"
@Recalibar Most major geopolitical actors are constantly trying to sabotage eachother by all means proper. Since Herman flipped on Rome.
Neither would anybody in Georgia which is why the Secretary of State insisted that they had paper ballots and why they eventually counted them by hand.
good to know I am not the only moron, then.
Sending unrequested ballots is a fool's move.
It kind of makes me think whoever did it is trying to so the seeds of discord.
Certainty is akin to fallibility in this world. Nobody should be certain of anything. I'm not even certain that the Russians didn't interfere directly with Dominion as a part of these allegations back in 2016.
@meglide To tell you the truth I joined mr. Grulers discord over my interest and work in criminal law. I am hoping this election stuff goes away. Until then, carry on.
I second this.
There's a whole big world full of them out there, rest assured
Right my point is when this is being dragged out an not heard in a court. It’s reasonable to say we don’t know until it is heard. The history of voter fraud not being enough to overturn elections in the past holds some merit, however, that would assume there are comparable elections. No election has taken place during COVID style restrictions and implications. That leaves the door open for all possibilities.
I found him on accident over election stuff and have greatly appreciated his take on what we see. I will continue once the election is past though. Criminal law is intriguing.
The Chinese are the only ones with the power to actually be able to scale receiving requested mail ballots.
I don’t think those elections are comparable. Why do you say that?
@Corndog, you just advanced to level 5!
Not to mention they have the embedded back doors in chips...always makes it nice and easy.
The Rittenhouse case is what got me here. There are aspects to this election fraud case thing that are interesting to me but I'm pretty close to being ready to move on.
Yeah
That will be in about 4 years probably lol 😝
@Corndog that’s your claim that your have not supported. Your idea is that this election has massive fraud. So far nothing . Hence the burden on Trump and his team. Just look at what they bright forward. Nothing of significance. The only thing that alluded to mass voter fraud is this kraken thing which is nuts
Can you clarify that? What is my claim that I have not supported precisely? I am not making the claim that this election has massive voter fraud. Why do you say that? Why are those elections comparable in light of the covid restrictions and ramifications?
Nice Trump said the GOP will win back the White House in 2024
@meglide I, for one, would for instance like to hear about the legality of the covid-countermeasures in the US, so I can compare them to here.
but...good night people.
The margins are small enough that it doesn't require massive fraud
It requires systematic skewing
Which have evidence of with mail in ballot rejection rates
@Corndog well then mail in is fraudulent. We have 7 states in the union that vote almost exclusively by mail for decades (0.0025 fraud rate) The burden is to show that mail in voter fraud is fraudulent. Again so far nothing
Compared to military and absentee
Like 10 votes in a state is massive really 😂
Anyone found this case on CourtListener?
https://twitter.com/DavidShafer/status/1334997760869888003
I hate it when they give me a screenshot that has no case number
Mail in ballot rejection based on signatures are great for catching people with poor handwriting not fraud.
That's your claim with zero backing
Why are those elections comparable to this one in light of COVID? Not being allowed to be within 6 feet, sometimes roped off across the room. Limited numbers of watchers. I think this election warrants a special case and extra prudence.
Wouldn’t the signature on file be equally terrible?
🤔🤔🤔
Also feel free to reread my previous questions. I would be happy to hear your answer.
@yetiCodes it’s not about how sloppy the signature is it’s the variance people have in signatures. Most people don’t practice a personal signature in modern times @yetiCodes
@Corndog you are saying mail in voting has issues. There is no evidence of this
Nope never said that. Please review what I said please.
