It's hard to say, because these aren't exactly criminal proceedings

2020-12-06 03:06:06 UTC

I didn’t present that dichotomy sorry.

2020-12-06 03:06:13 UTC

👍

2020-12-06 03:06:38 UTC

Have you done a deep dive into this ? The Lincoln deal?

2020-12-06 03:07:10 UTC

I've read parts of it, I know Lincoln was often remembered as honest, ethical but hard fought leader, but there's a side of him most people glaze over.

2020-12-06 03:07:31 UTC

I know my mom hates Lincoln

2020-12-06 03:07:32 UTC

He knew how dirty politics was, he more or less, a means to justify the end for the greater good sorta person

2020-12-06 03:07:45 UTC

Based off of that it's probably not true.

2020-12-06 03:08:00 UTC

He reimbursed politicians heavily for voting in his favor .

2020-12-06 03:08:19 UTC

I'm kinda curious I don't see too many countersuits to the trump campaign.

2020-12-06 03:08:23 UTC

He suppressed freedom of the press during times in his term

2020-12-06 03:08:42 UTC

Like dominion suing for defamation.

2020-12-06 03:08:49 UTC

There have been a couple, from the ACLU and the lincoln project

2020-12-06 03:09:03 UTC

Dude just trying to run out the clock

2020-12-06 03:09:17 UTC

To have a contingent election

2020-12-06 03:09:42 UTC

Any kind of actual finding isn't going to help the case

2020-12-06 03:09:43 UTC

I think for that they would need to prove their machines are more secure than BofA atms

2020-12-06 03:10:29 UTC

I mean, if you're going to claim that fraud is impossible...

2020-12-06 03:10:36 UTC

people have already established how vulnerable those systems are, I don't know if these lawsuits named Dominion specifically for any malicious intent to subvert the election

2020-12-06 03:11:29 UTC

They probably alleged a third party to that effect

2020-12-06 03:11:39 UTC

@Corndog you did , you said you have to prove the election non fraudulent

2020-12-06 03:12:24 UTC

No I didn’t

2020-12-06 03:13:24 UTC

there has to be more specificity when it comes to election fraud. Fraud will always occur in an election cycle so long as there is one person who will act outside the law to ensure their preferred candidate wins. The burden of proof is more so on did it occur to the extent it impacted the outcome

2020-12-06 03:14:47 UTC

We have some of the strictest laws and harshest punishments for using and producing counterfeit money, but it still remains in circulation, the only question is to what percent does it dilute it.

2020-12-06 03:15:24 UTC

Please let me know where you are getting that from if you don’t agree. I happy to clarify anything else for you as well. After that I am interested in your answer to my previous standing question.

2020-12-06 03:19:24 UTC

But will reasonable Americans even hear about it if it's proven...half the county doesn't know about a single achievement from the last 4 years because a huge majority of main news sources refused to report on those achievements. Heck, I know many who don't even know that Trump's been nominated 5x for a Nobel Peace Price. FIVE nominations and half the country doesn't know about ONE.

2020-12-06 03:20:35 UTC

I missed this one, sorry. Who increased the barriers?

2020-12-06 03:21:09 UTC

@Corndog you have the position that the election needs to be proven non fraudulent right.

2020-12-06 03:21:17 UTC

Achievements based on who's criteria

2020-12-06 03:21:24 UTC

Do people even take Vox seriously?

2020-12-06 03:23:49 UTC

I mean, maybe you don't think the peace is great....but I love not sending our people to die for someone's mess.

2020-12-06 03:24:01 UTC

But whatever melts your butter.

2020-12-06 03:24:01 UTC

If you're a company who's heavily invested in Chinese manufacturing facilities?@DisenchantedTruth

2020-12-06 03:24:09 UTC

Damn, I did hear about one or two, actually. Obama got a peace prize before even assuming office haha

2020-12-06 03:25:04 UTC

read the article ... if the Republicans don't take this GA election seriously then they do so to their own peril ... Trump continuing with election fraud allegations in GA absent of proof is the best way to lose the Senate to the Democrats

2020-12-06 03:25:05 UTC

I previously said I like the foreign policy, but people invested heavily in arms manufacturing may not

2020-12-06 03:25:15 UTC

Lin wood claims this filing shows a direct paper trail from CCP to dominion <:thonk:746033093122719936> https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1827586/000182758620000001/xslFormDX01/primary_doc.xml

It's Biden that caters to China and encourages trade with companies choosing to charge us massive prices for products made by slave labor in Chinese labor camps.

2020-12-06 03:25:28 UTC

to the tune of 400mil

2020-12-06 03:25:29 UTC

But again, whatever melts your butter.
