Not that way... There are books at each polling place (it may vary by location) where each voter signs when they show up to vote. At the end of the day, the poll workers total up the number of people who showed up to vote - independent of the number of ballots cast. It's a check/balance to making sure that nobody stuffs the ballot box afterwards. Having copies of the voter rolls would not help with that.

I'm just trying to discuss these things. I have no loyalties to anyone, and my main interest is in what actually happened in the 2020 election. I find it highly suspect that some allegedly fantastic lawyers, the POTUS himself, former military folks, and so on, are making claims such as these, and without having any basis with which to do so.

The whole situation is fascinating, and I think @RobertGrulerEsq discussing them is pretty entertaining.

If you consider that to be "me, trolling you", then I disagree, but don't cast any judgement. I'm not afraid to play devil's advocate, or to use my ~15 years of experience as a software engineer who enjoys knowing things he's "not supposed to know", to entertain some wild theories.
