If you go back to some of the tweets put out Nov 3rd from major media reporters, they all confirmed AT THAT TIME that counting was stopped for the night. So it is verified by several other sources what the watchers were told.

I am interested in hearing more about the missing semi trailer that was supposedly loaded with ballots. Saw an interview with the driver and would love to know where all those ballots originated from (in NY) and why tens of thousands were headed to a location in PA. Hard to believe there were THAT many out of state legal ballots that needed to be delivered.

They then got a call for the SOS to keep counting so they did. Then they did as per the law states with a election official observing. The poll watchers did their official job of observing the physical ballots. They could have stayed but there was confusion. That video does not show fraud
