Again, joining the military is a choice. When you join the military you have decided this is the right choice for yourself. Civilians should not be forced to live under socialist rule. He does not have the authority to change the inaugural date of the new Congress, or change the date when the new Congress will certify the Electoral College vote, right?
The president does not have the authority to stay in power under ANY circumstances beyond 1/21/20 at 11:59:59 a.m Eastern Standard Time UNLESS we are at war, right?
The President MUST receive 270 votes from the Electoral College, as counted and certified by the House. If neither candidate receives 270 it gets kicked over to the house where each state will receive 1 vote?
