Also @Liberty or Death you apparently like to suggest Federalism vs State Rights was the major reason of the succession of the slave states... But how does that jive with the Constitution of the Confederacy? Any newly obtained lands or States would be Slaves States. They could not choose for themselves. The Constitution of the Confederacy REQUIRED that any new lands (states, provinces, whatever) had to accept slavery.

@RobertGrulerEsq I think if they audit every ballot in its entirety instead of trump you will find the fraud. The likelihood of someone voting for Biden and then voting for a republican in congress or senate is extremely rare. So if all the persons on the ballots don't match up by the numbers reported we will have the evidence. If the ballot has a barcode that tracks back to the voter rolls the voter can be contacted to validate the vote.

I think the same applies to the hundreds of thousands of Biden only ballots.

Votes are anonymous by law... There is no way to trace a ballot back to a voter.

And there were many people that voted for Biden and voted down ballot for Republicans... I am one of them.

And my name to the list. I voted third party top of the ticket and Republican down line. I know lots of people devoted Republican downline but not Trump top of the ticket.

I don't want to just toss either. I want to check those ballots. There is no way all of those ballots were filled out by hand. It had to be done mechanically. And we should be able to test those ballots to see if they were all filled out using toner, ink jet ink, or maybe with the same pen.

I have to wonder if the roles were reversed and Biden supporters were insisting that every ballot needed to be checked after every other measure had been taken to ensure the election integrity - recounts, hand recounts, risk limiting audits, audits of duplicated ballots in AZ, signature verification audits in GA, etc. - if you would be as patient as you expect the rest of us to be? It really defies all reason and I know the answer, because in 2016 when Clinton waited overnight to concede the election, Trump supporters and pundits threw a fit. When Clinton supporters sued to get recounts, Trump supporters called them sore losers and snowflakes.

It's just getting ridiculous. If they check the ballots and find that ink was used and there is no evidence of them having been printed (or the ones that were printed were duplicated ballots - as they are done in some jurisdictions), well then Trump supporters will insist on DNA tests of the ballots to see who handled each one...

Whatever.... We have countless examples of Republicans voting Biden.... Lincoln Project.... the little old Lady Tucker Carlson claimed was a vote cast by her in her dead husband's name.

I would be. I want an accurate vote count. If the election was decided by 100 of thousands of mail in ballots that arrived at 2am and were for Trump and no one else then I would want them checked for validity. I was actually rooting for Gore in 2000 even though I wanted Bush to win.

all what ballots? are you assuming that the ballot box has been stuffed with illegitimate ballots for Biden? also assuming that these ballots are for Biden only? ... which states did this occur in? see this is the issue and I've played these games for some of the states, take GA for example if you look at the numbers closely you'll find there where about 50k voters who voted for the Libertarian Senate candidate that also voted for Biden at the top of the ticket, that is those voters wanted Trump out but did NOT want a Democratic Senator representing them, at least not on Nov 3rd ... note that this is 5 times the margin of victory ... also in GA if you look at just Fulton county and try to say they just stuffed the ballot boxes there with Biden only votes then you find that is not true ... I believe it turns out that they had to stuff the ballot boxes across the entire state, a much harder proposition if you're alleging fraud, should also be much easier to catch

By any objective measure, they have proven that the vote was accurate - especially in GA. Even so, the US has never had to prove that a vote was legitimate - ever. The vote is legitimate until someone offers proof otherwise. The fact that the Trump campaign has been unable to provide a single name of someone who committed fraud - other than the guy who tried to vote as his dead grandmother for Trump - should be telling.

I have a day job also. Though this week I'm on use it or lose it vacation. I can tell you that there aren't 200k Biden only votes in GA. I'd have to double-check PA but I don't think there are 200k Biden only votes total between the two states.

I listed all of the ways that they have proven that the election was solid in GA. You just refuse to accept it. They have caved on every front - even the unprecedented and ridiculous call for an audit of mail-in ballot signatures that were conducted and proved 99.99% accuracy.
