Can't hear it in the video release...Who says that's the actual audio. It played the same thing for 15 minutes.
2nd the actual source of the explosion is further down the st than the rv. The blast radius seems rather elongated looking at the after math and very charred.

I don't have a link for that, but he was the former head of education in CT and he mandated CRT and BLM-type courses in all high school in the state and said he would do the same thing
