Appreciate that @Phil

RNC is the democrat party of 10 years ago

2020-12-10 02:36:07 UTC

The RNC has a form of confused libertarian.

2020-12-10 02:36:23 UTC

RNC and DNC both run on an America Last platform

2020-12-10 02:36:34 UTC

I might meet you from the right side on that one ... smaller government is better government

2020-12-10 02:37:03 UTC

It's like, half way there, but stuck on some things.

2020-12-10 02:38:26 UTC

Up until WW II the average life expectancy of a rural adult male was 34 and a city male was 42. Then all the medical advances kicked in and we have 3.5 generations in the work force and voting force - each has their own agenda, each has a completely different experience, related by not the same political polarities, and all are attempting to effect their agenda with the same limited resources.

2020-12-10 02:38:41 UTC

average life expectancy is highly misleading

2020-12-10 02:38:45 UTC

due to the infant mortality rate

2020-12-10 02:38:47 UTC

For anyone whom doesnt know about it trumps administration has created a website for actual news on election updates since every platform is suppressing everything it's called thedonald.win

2020-12-10 02:38:49 UTC

control for that and its more reasonable

2020-12-10 02:39:31 UTC

@meglide I do not care about the size of government. It must be the necessary size to do the job correctly. Small is as bad as large if the result is failure.

2020-12-10 02:40:01 UTC
2020-12-10 02:41:09 UTC

@ImNotGas 1 in 73 men were permanently disabled and 1 in 143 killed on the job annually. In a community like mine where the total population is 325 the infant mortality does not have any significant effect.

2020-12-10 02:41:40 UTC

Np spread the word too many outlets suppressing the truth.

2020-12-10 02:42:01 UTC

@Whithers medical advances does not account for the increase in life expectancy and mortality

2020-12-10 02:42:42 UTC

Libertarian viewpoint is have the government only do what it absolutely has to do ... and thus smaller is better because the more the government does the more it is likely to violate or infringe your rights

2020-12-10 02:42:44 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq I hope you have a good few days (sort of off) and a good weekend. Looking forward to Monday. Keep your chin up.

2020-12-10 02:43:22 UTC

Thanks @Maw I appreciate that. Today was a long one for a lot of reasons. Appreciate all the support. I'm off for the evening, everyone thanks again and have a wonderful night!

2020-12-10 02:44:06 UTC

I too am going to go relax for a bit before bed. I will still be available to moderate for a few hours if something comes up, so hit me up and I'll take care of it if I'm awake.

2020-12-10 02:44:15 UTC

@Phil The defeat within a generation of typhus, cholera, distemper, rickets, gonorrhea, syphilis, mumps, measles, chickenpox, legionaires, yellow fever, malaria, tuberculosis, polio, etc. accounts for a vast amount of that change.

2020-12-10 02:44:42 UTC

@Whithers its not due to medical advances though.

2020-12-10 02:44:42 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq and @Maw you both have a good night

2020-12-10 02:44:54 UTC

Likewise unto all you fine folks.

2020-12-10 02:45:04 UTC

You too @meglide

2020-12-10 02:45:42 UTC

Have a great seminar... Stay safe.

2020-12-10 02:46:05 UTC

@meglide I am aware of the Libertarian point of view. I consider it shortsighted based on my study of history, humanity, ethics, politics, and religion. It has valid critiques, but is no less devastating an ideology than Marxism in that it would never work.

2020-12-10 02:46:41 UTC

@Phil Incorrect, 😉

2020-12-10 02:47:02 UTC

for those of you can't sleep ... I'll be doing a little probability and statistics here on those duplicate ballots in AZ ... probably put me to sleep also

2020-12-10 02:47:46 UTC

worked for a good while here in the USA

2020-12-10 02:47:57 UTC

i watch steve1989mreinfo to go to sleep

2020-12-10 02:48:00 UTC

nice hiss

2020-12-10 02:48:30 UTC

Well, get you a 2 gallon coffee percolator and make you a batch of BRCC CAF blend and you will be set for a weekend at least.

2020-12-10 02:49:41 UTC

@meglide You mean back when Trusts used to murder people in their homes in order to get them out of the way and take their property?

2020-12-10 02:50:18 UTC

Trusts?

2020-12-10 02:50:40 UTC

Yes, Trusts. What today we would call mega corporations.

2020-12-10 02:52:28 UTC

@meglide Maybe you mean when your employment contract included company housing, limited you to the company store, and if your family exceeded your allotted income the company would arrest you and put you in their private debtor's prison until you had worked off whatever your family was continuing to charge to survive.

2020-12-10 02:53:02 UTC

Trusts is what brought us the Federal Reserve, eventually fiat currency and fractional reserve banking, and ever expanding federal government encroaching into our lives ... so no Trusts are not Libertarian

2020-12-10 02:53:29 UTC

It is only a little over a century ago back when Max Weber was all the rage for management theory.

2020-12-10 02:53:32 UTC

@Whithers the biggest predictors of life expectancy are education (in the west and USA) and in the developing world having access to a toilet, clean water and sanitation.

2020-12-10 02:54:36 UTC

The biggest predictors of life expectancy are genetics, active lifestyles, and diet - especially where diet includes hard water.
