Good show @RobertGrulerEsq to make up for lost time.

2020-12-15 02:06:49 UTC

Quick question on that topic: How are you handling the upcoming Holidays? @RobertGrulerEsq

2020-12-15 02:07:06 UTC

right, contingency plan, those are not official electors, not certified, a lot would have to change BUT keeps options open ... possible but not probable

2020-12-15 02:07:06 UTC

@RobertgrulerEsq is that a pink earpiece you use every week?

2020-12-15 02:07:55 UTC

Hey New York attorney general is going after facebook!! See it on YouTube now

2020-12-15 02:08:05 UTC

I'm streamin' for Jesus, not going anywhere, I'll see what my mom allows on Christmas Eve and Christmas but I'll be around

2020-12-15 02:08:18 UTC

Same deal for NYE?

2020-12-15 02:08:30 UTC

@meglide Agreed -- I LOVE options!!! Will make for a better holiday season.

2020-12-15 02:08:35 UTC

It isn't pink but it is a clear earpiece.

2020-12-15 02:08:38 UTC

Clearish

2020-12-15 02:08:44 UTC

Yes @Maw

2020-12-15 02:08:53 UTC

Sorry to be picky but a blood alcohol level of 0.20 is two tenths of a percent, not 20 percent.

2020-12-15 02:08:53 UTC

@FairlyBalanced, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-12-15 02:08:55 UTC

Cheers, I gather I'll get asked about that a lot.

2020-12-15 02:09:10 UTC

except we take a drink every time @RobertGrulerEsq says "we shall see"

2020-12-15 02:09:22 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq ahhh LOVE that you gotta see what "mom allows"

2020-12-15 02:09:42 UTC

He's a proud Momma's boy.

2020-12-15 02:09:48 UTC

he's said he's not good at math before

2020-12-15 02:09:58 UTC

(No, that's not a bad thing folks.)

2020-12-15 02:10:15 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq Sorry I had to ask it was just nagging at me promise I'am not a troll #NoJudgement

2020-12-15 02:10:21 UTC

😄

2020-12-15 02:10:28 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq Sorry, had to step away. Dr. Proudfoot and you have similar approaches on the Death pen. His book is a text book used in ethics to discuss the civil rights movement.

2020-12-15 02:10:33 UTC

Yes I'll ask my mom to grant my motion for a livestream but can't make any promises, she's tough.

2020-12-15 02:11:00 UTC

ROFL

2020-12-15 02:11:22 UTC

This is for DUI's, so if you have 1.0 of your blood as alcohol, your entire blood stream is alcohol

2020-12-15 02:11:32 UTC

the legal limit is .08

2020-12-15 02:11:41 UTC

.20 means 20% of your blood is alcohol

2020-12-15 02:12:10 UTC

You would become Mr. Clean.

2020-12-15 02:12:10 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq she raised a goodun 😎

2020-12-15 02:13:00 UTC

2020-12-15 02:13:22 UTC

Meg can you link me that?

2020-12-15 02:13:38 UTC

Yeah, if your BAC was 20% you'd actually be dead, no joke.

2020-12-15 02:13:52 UTC

Well I'm not good at math, like you said.

2020-12-15 02:13:55 UTC

Cant believe SCUTIS did t step up

2020-12-15 02:13:55 UTC

@Jeff Do, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-12-15 02:13:59 UTC

There are calculation in a DUI book

2020-12-15 02:14:05 UTC

And that's what I use

2020-12-15 02:14:08 UTC

```Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) refers to the percent of alcohol (ethyl alcohol or ethanol) in a person's blood stream. A BAC of .10% means that an individual's blood supply contains one part alcohol for every 1000 parts blood.```
2020-12-15 02:14:26 UTC
@RobertGrulerEsq We had a guy where I grew up that was allowed a higher than legal limit of blood alcohol. He was always getting popped even when people knew, had recorded, he had nothing to drink. Turned out his body didn't process food correctly, so he was effectively born drunk and lived his entire life that way. So, by court order his legal limit was set higher. I was like 5 or 6 when my dad talked about the case, so early 70's.
2020-12-15 02:14:39 UTC
Thanks @Maw okay then I was explaining it wrong! Thank you
