Hey New York attorney general is going after facebook!! See it on YouTube now
I'm streamin' for Jesus, not going anywhere, I'll see what my mom allows on Christmas Eve and Christmas but I'll be around
Same deal for NYE?
@meglide Agreed -- I LOVE options!!! Will make for a better holiday season.
It isn't pink but it is a clear earpiece.
Clearish
Yes @Maw
Sorry to be picky but a blood alcohol level of 0.20 is two tenths of a percent, not 20 percent.
@FairlyBalanced, you just advanced to level 1!
Cheers, I gather I'll get asked about that a lot.
except we take a drink every time @RobertGrulerEsq says "we shall see"
@RobertGrulerEsq ahhh LOVE that you gotta see what "mom allows"
He's a proud Momma's boy.
he's said he's not good at math before
(No, that's not a bad thing folks.)
@RobertGrulerEsq Sorry I had to ask it was just nagging at me promise I'am not a troll #NoJudgement
😄
@RobertGrulerEsq Sorry, had to step away. Dr. Proudfoot and you have similar approaches on the Death pen. His book is a text book used in ethics to discuss the civil rights movement.
Yes I'll ask my mom to grant my motion for a livestream but can't make any promises, she's tough.
ROFL
the legal limit is .08
.20 means 20% of your blood is alcohol
You would become Mr. Clean.
@RobertGrulerEsq she raised a goodun 😎
not quite
Meg can you link me that?
Yeah, if your BAC was 20% you'd actually be dead, no joke.
Well I'm not good at math, like you said.
Cant believe SCUTIS did t step up
@Jeff Do, you just advanced to level 1!
There are calculation in a DUI book
And that's what I use
```Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) refers to the percent of alcohol (ethyl alcohol or ethanol) in a person's blood stream. A BAC of .10% means that an individual's blood supply contains one part alcohol for every 1000 parts blood.```
@RobertGrulerEsq We had a guy where I grew up that was allowed a higher than legal limit of blood alcohol. He was always getting popped even when people knew, had recorded, he had nothing to drink. Turned out his body didn't process food correctly, so he was effectively born drunk and lived his entire life that way. So, by court order his legal limit was set higher. I was like 5 or 6 when my dad talked about the case, so early 70's.
Thanks @Maw okay then I was explaining it wrong! Thank you
Japan BAC .02 your in trouble
No problem, I didn't mind. You're not a math dude, you're a lawyer.
Maybe later in the 70's.
I'm really really bad at it.
