2020-12-15 02:09:58 UTC

2020-12-15 02:10:21 UTC

2020-12-15 02:10:28 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq Sorry, had to step away. Dr. Proudfoot and you have similar approaches on the Death pen. His book is a text book used in ethics to discuss the civil rights movement.

2020-12-15 02:10:33 UTC

Yes I'll ask my mom to grant my motion for a livestream but can't make any promises, she's tough.

ROFL

2020-12-15 02:11:22 UTC

This is for DUI's, so if you have 1.0 of your blood as alcohol, your entire blood stream is alcohol

2020-12-15 02:11:32 UTC

the legal limit is .08

2020-12-15 02:11:41 UTC

.20 means 20% of your blood is alcohol

2020-12-15 02:12:10 UTC

You would become Mr. Clean.

2020-12-15 02:12:10 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq she raised a goodun 😎

2020-12-15 02:13:00 UTC

2020-12-15 02:13:22 UTC

Meg can you link me that?

2020-12-15 02:13:38 UTC

Yeah, if your BAC was 20% you'd actually be dead, no joke.

2020-12-15 02:13:52 UTC

Well I'm not good at math, like you said.

2020-12-15 02:13:55 UTC

Cant believe SCUTIS did t step up

2020-12-15 02:13:55 UTC

@Jeff Do, you just advanced to level 1!

2020-12-15 02:13:59 UTC

There are calculation in a DUI book

2020-12-15 02:14:05 UTC

And that's what I use

2020-12-15 02:14:08 UTC

```Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) refers to the percent of alcohol (ethyl alcohol or ethanol) in a person's blood stream. A BAC of .10% means that an individual's blood supply contains one part alcohol for every 1000 parts blood.```
2020-12-15 02:14:26 UTC
@RobertGrulerEsq We had a guy where I grew up that was allowed a higher than legal limit of blood alcohol. He was always getting popped even when people knew, had recorded, he had nothing to drink. Turned out his body didn't process food correctly, so he was effectively born drunk and lived his entire life that way. So, by court order his legal limit was set higher. I was like 5 or 6 when my dad talked about the case, so early 70's.
2020-12-15 02:14:39 UTC
Thanks @Maw okay then I was explaining it wrong! Thank you
2020-12-15 02:14:47 UTC
Japan BAC .02 your in trouble
2020-12-15 02:14:56 UTC
No problem, I didn't mind. You're not a math dude, you're a lawyer.
2020-12-15 02:14:57 UTC
Maybe later in the 70's.
2020-12-15 02:15:07 UTC
I'm really really bad at it.
2020-12-15 02:15:07 UTC
It has been 40 years.
2020-12-15 02:15:12 UTC
I just defer those questions.
2020-12-15 02:15:20 UTC
2020-12-15 02:15:26 UTC
Thanks @meglide
2020-12-15 02:17:01 UTC
Rumble is uploading at like 300kpbs is that normal?
2020-12-15 02:17:08 UTC
oof.
2020-12-15 02:17:38 UTC
Might need to use a different codec or rerender the video at a more compressed rate.
2020-12-15 02:17:49 UTC
used to work where we had an informal Scotch Club ... kept a breathalyzer with alcohol ... no one drove themselves home over the limit was the rule
2020-12-15 02:17:52 UTC
Yea my videos are like 15 gbs after the stream
2020-12-15 02:17:55 UTC
I imagine 300 kb/s at raw video quality -- yeah
2020-12-15 02:18:17 UTC
That'd take a day or two.
