only for GOP to sell out with tax cuts for the rich and a mexican amnesty
any time i call any GOP official, i always harp on the fact that i'm under 35 and pissed that they are sacrificing the future of my children
they need to know the youth on our side are watching and are pissed
'to be honest i find it pretty sickening that "men" twice and sometimes 3 times my senior fail to show any sense of courage or desire to preserve a future for my children. if he wants to keep that comfy seat of his, then i suggest he start paying attention to the next generation of voters and our concerns' is usually my talking point
Gen-Z white kids are on track to be the most right wing generation aren't they?
No
@fgtveassassin from everything i've seen, yes.
but we can't count on kids who won't stand a fighting chance if we don't build a platform for them
Gen Z white male aren’t too different from their parents, but gen z white women are about as left as hispanics
So white gen z are about 50:50
this just came across my feed again for the second time today and is oddly relevant
I think there is something to be said for the general pendulum swinging or perhaps the widening of the overton window in both directions.
biggest issue i see is the right being too meek and timid, at least in the professional sphere
I think a lot of our success/failure is related to trade and foreign policy
If people on the right just stood up for each other they'd be miles better off, so many more would speak how they truly felt if the risk of being ostracized wasn't so high, even with so many people agreeing
It is certainly true the left will hardly ever eat their own and the right disavows at the drop of a hat.
the amount of people that have told me "i really support you, but i can't let be as vocal. keep it up" is really disheartening
same goes for my peers who have been just as active in the past
you know who's not in the news? Julian.
he doubled down and the left moved on
it's literally that simple
journo: "mr president, AOC called you racist..."
dt: "who?"
journo: "aoc"
dt: "who cares?"
Who is Julian?
shrugging off BS like that is the easiest way to get these radicals to blow a gasket then move on
Also helps with Julian he said nothing even remotely controversial to the average person, King, while I of course still like him did ask "what's wrong with white supremacy" while Julian literallyjust said I like being white
Vin abele
@Jacob exactly, Julian who, already
Julian Von Abele
oh the physics guy
eh I just don't really pay attention to news
that's part of it
Been thinking about this a lot recently
Disheartened this morning by the GOP's treatment of Steve King. Our ideas are certainly are a long ways away from being welcomed by the GOP with open arms. They're becoming way to similar to the Democrat party on social issues. (Not blackpilling here, we're still making great progress)
this Brexit stuff is getting good. Will be very glad once May doesn't get her fake Brexit. Forcing them to bureaucratically nullify the referendum can only stir up more resentment on both sides. It comes at a time when nationalism is being debated globally unlike in 2005 when the Lisbon treaty got forced through.
Good article for background: http://archive.fo/MxfT6
an excerpt:
"Undeterred by this democratic rejection of their federalist aims, the EU simply rebranded the Constitution as the Lisbon Treaty. By quietly subsuming the European Constitution into ‘just another treaty’, the EU enabled national governments to override referendums where they had already occurred. They did this by falsely claiming to have conceded to the democratic majority, resulting in the EU supposedly changing the Treaty. In reality, the Constitution and the Lisbon Treaty are 90% the same, and only underwent a cleverly edit crafted to confuse the public!"
The public in Europe seems very educated about the Lisbon trickery. Trying this Brexit betrayal while yellow vests are still on the streets in France seems like a reckless and desperate move.
Hey all, I've only been in this group for a couple of weeks, truly a newbie but hey, that's OK. Recently I had the pleasure of meeting some members of our group in my area and it was great. I encourage all newbies to clear your schedules for the meetups; make them a priority. I know you know this already, but experiencing it is great: this movement is a group effort and every bit of participation, even something as simple as having a beer with like minded folks, keeps the ideas alive. Ideas=plans=actions.
Here's a nice white pill from Italia: Monthly number of migrants landed by boat in Italy updated to December (2016 -87,12%, 2017 -80.50% YoY)
GET TO THE CONFERENCE
