Meal prep is easy. Dont even need a crock pot or nothing. Need like a pan and oven. Even a microwave would work fine.
Just need some Tupperware and a plan.

I've been doing canned salmon with rice after lifting. It's pretty fishy but it gets the job done. Super cheap too
