Sleep by ten, awake around 6 depending on season and availability.
Which means turn off technology at around 9.
Work at night, usually get home at 10

Ideally 8 hours a night and rise before or with the sun, but a night work shift makes this impractical.
Even getting the right amount during the day can have negative effects ie increased neurological degradation, decreased social acuity, lowered muscle and higher fat gain etc.
Hell yea. My right arm is much stronger than my left arm.
I should dedicate more of my time to it though
