I had to work with un westernized Indians and it was terrible
They didn't do anything while simultaneously being incredibly annoying, very much empire of dust experience.

I had a subcon friend describe their entire societal ideal as "the hussle." I imagine once their survival claw-from-poverty drive wears off they're a bit underwhelming.
They also didn't wash their hands just used water with no soap.

I had a subcon boss who baffled me. Good at his job. Verbally articulate. Absolutely could not learn anything new I showed him. I don't understand how that was possible.

There is nothing more frustrating than having subcons talk to you that are theoretically proficient in English but have such a heavy accent that they are unintelligible.
Practically they were unable to communicate in English unless they were talking to another subcon with their weird version of English.
