@Wood-Ape - OK/MN More of our members should be that way tbh
Now just working on losing the belly
@Bjorn - MD
Agreed.
We're in this for the long haul.
As members of IE, we should be prepared as leaders of our communities and families if things get "bumpy"
Yeah effectively whatever "bad stuff" we can allude to here in the chat is baked into the cake. Vox Day (no laff plz) is pretty spot on when he says that there have been no movements of peoples that haven't been accompanied by conflict at some point or another.
The ~200K Visigoths sacked Rome 40 years after being admitted as refugees, but the Arabs occupied all of Spain except Astoria to the north for 700 years until they were expelled.
I think we need an IDEAL. Maybe like βHONORING OUR ANCESTORS β.... our history. Our blood and soil.
So we on that 40-700 year timeline famalam
Blut und ehre
Patrick's current model is probably the best way to go tbh. Advocate against demographic change, but also build social capital that we can use when the time comes.
Lol @Smitty83
Balance in all things, gents.
@SuperTomPerry -RI πͺ
Scientology is an interesting example of how powerful social capital can be. They're universally hated, yet still untouchable.
Lol
I like Slack !
π¦
Boo rocky
Slack is kool too, I like both
Slack is professional
@Jacob yes scientologists are an eexample of a tiny minority that works well
There's, of course, some unsavory stuff about Scientology that shouldn't be emulated, but in some ways they're effective
These guys control entire local governments
Yeah the amazing thing is how they still exist comfortably even after the Snow White thing
Surely they have to have MAJOR financial backers
So will we π
it would be better if it was 100%
nothing
Ismailis (Shia muslims who follow the Aga Khan) are a pretty tight knit group too
Did someone say Jobs ?
If we do a good job building social capital we could actually make it *profitable* to be part of IE
hahah @V.Balboa - PA Was that your comment?
Imagine have employment networks, lawyers, etc
Nope lol
^^ I'm surprised π
Leadership knows how I think π
Kazakhs were only a third of Kazakstan at one point, and Malays were barely a majority in their country. Both groups have restored themselves to a supermajority without too much strife.
Hhahahaha
