@[CA] SoyBoi I absolutely despise electrical. I work for Infiniti and have a fair amount of it come through. That hatred is also why my IROC hasn’t seen the track yet 😂
Agreed electrical is beyond a nightmarr
Oh yeah its a pain in the fucking ass lol but adding curious and shit is fun
We do regular automotive and adaptive equipment so adding shit is my favorite lol fixing OEM is trash lol
@[CA] SoyBoi I have to wire the entire car 😂 literally everything from headlights to tail lights. It’s currently got a seat, shifter, steering wheel, and roll cage, engine, trans, and rear end. That’s it.
Damn lol are you making your own harness or buying one?
Tried my hand at making one and just hardwired everything to a switch panel with inline fuses, let it set for a couple of months, forgot where I was at on it, so I said fuck it and I’m just gonna order the 12 circuit one from Painless that has the touch pad and everything. Which is what I should have done from the get go
Anyone have recommendation on a radio? Think thats the last thing I really need
Thinking of a burner too
Might ask the guys in the comms channel, theyd know more about that stuff
@[CA] SoyBoi try the comms channel right below this one
Painless for the win.
Sound like me last weekend rewiring my bobber
@[CA] SoyBoi the baofeng seem to be a popular one for the $$ an learning
New adoption today. My check book is crying.
I imagine. Prolly spent what i spent on my build an whew.
Like that burnt bronze tho. Buddys building one in that color
@normallydrunk ooh someone else with nice shit. Is that new production or Johnny Era?
I'm curious, with noveske is there any real difference between the gen 3 and gen 1 receivers or is it just forged vs billet?
@Crye_Salesman It's 2015 era. Came in on a consignment and doesn't look like it's ever been fired. After what I spent on my last two builds I decided to say fuck it and just start buying good shit.
That’s a sweet gun man, it’ll serve you well.
@Artemis I mean it is forged vs billet, but the gen 3 (SMOS) receivers have some advantages that make them nicer to use, more accurate, etc
Kinda warming up to the magpul mags
Havent had any issues in the first 500 rounds. Sorta wish they had a steel liner tho
I’d be more worried about getting steel sights 😉
Havent had this one too long, gonna be putting some dawsons on it i think
Pls say you’re not carrying with FMJ
@Crye_Salesman lmao no those are range mags.
Dont really trust the magpul yet so i carry oem with remington goldem sabers ususally
Oh okay good
Oh that’s hot
Yea, shes old but beautiful
TGS spring kit and connector, alien gear holster. The holster is great now but needed some work when I received it
Just did another short hike with the 5.11s. Love these boots. After 7 miles today I'm not even eager to get them off.
Hey question. So I recently saw TFBTV's video about the Australian documents showing the performance of the Steyr Aug compared to a m16 style rifle. I was curious if you guys have seen the video and what your thoughts on it where. Im not an expert on guns but I've always thought about getting a bullpup, however I have an AR because it's just common in the us and easy to aquire parts and ammo for. The steyer uses the 5.56 round and some can accept ar mags, but good luck finding parts. It seems easier to maintain as well, with it's modular barrel. What do you all think? https://youtu.be/_9NF99PG_M0
TFB is the HuffPost of the firearms industry
there writers dont have any idea what theyre talking about 75% of the time
I mean I’d go with a PTR before I went to an AUG
@Crye_Salesman oh I didn't kmow that
