I’m on site at a covid quarantine and they are saying anyone that leaves will be arrested by local pd and charged with non essential travel . In my opinion they should be free to leave.

It should be noted that staying inside all the time only weakens your immune system, the homeless were outside everyday strengthening their immune system. I can only imagine once they release them the bubonic plague and other diseases will definitely effect the homeless like never before.
