So i was at virginia with a few "guys" mainly a Lightfoot detachment. Our cheep chinese radios, baefungs wouldn't even communicate more than 10 feet in the area.. thoughts on why? We are no rookies to radios. I figured wattage was an issue, too much interference

You can accessorize all firearms as long as you stay within the law...

You cant create an SBR, out of a pistol AR, etc. But you can use the brace

You can pay the tax to SBR it..

It goes back to the 1934 NFA act

Unfortunately that's the problem we face. It's a "law" its enforced.. as an FFL07 (manufacturer) I can't just take an 80% kit and build it.. since im a business, I have to mark a serial to it..

You however can build anything you want, within the "red tape" we have established... it sucks, but thats the game...
