Saying that someone ends up in prison because of their race is entirely illogical when you try and argue it from a genetic standpoint
There have been multiple studies which have shown there is more genetic variation within racial groups than between making races a biologically invalid concept

Every single "study" I've seen, which always just turns out to be a bunch of statistics without an actual study, is just that
Raw statistics which havent been controlled for education levels, household income, family stability, neighbourhood etc. etc.
All of which are FAR more likely factors to contribute to someone being a criminal than the amount of fucking melanin in someone's skin
There is no logical reason why genetics would make someone more likely to commit any kind of crime
