But empirical data also shows there are social biases
I certainly think it's a mix of both
At the end of the day, I don't want to make a false dilemma fallacy but either there are socioeconomical factors or it's caused by biological factors
Or a mix
If you deny all environmental factors, then just face it and argue the genetic argument
Politicians take some of the blame as well
From both parties
Saying that someone ends up in prison because of their race is entirely illogical when you try and argue it from a genetic standpoint
There have been multiple studies which have shown there is more genetic variation within racial groups than between making races a biologically invalid concept
Lol of course there is no biases
Blacks are in prison more becuase they are more likely to commit crime
To say otherwise is a farse
Just look at any data from America or South Africa when it comes to any violent crime
"But muh socio econamic factors" Rich black commit more crime than poor whites. Realllymakesyouthink
not sure where to put this so ill put it here
non-citizens commit 42% of federal crimes despite being 7% of the population
Bullshit statistics
Being illegal is a federal crime
It's a no brainer
people here legally but not citizens
im guessing
L
@Techpriest Being a non citizen is nowhere near the same as being an illegal
Unless you're trying to say being an immigrant is illegal?
@The Lemon Hey! It's my favourite Anti-Centrist!
Lol ofc you watch jreg too
He's channel is hilarious ngl
yea my ass
He's ape-political
@The Lemon How exactly can you explain that they commit more crimes? Many people in here are denying the socioeconomical effect. If it isn't their environment, it has to be inherent to them and people should face their position.
it's like a federal study or something like that
i cant find it right now
They can't. They are in denial
(which I'm guessing will be never)
@lemonsaw But the point is it isn't inherent to them and it IS to do with their environments
Every single "study" I've seen, which always just turns out to be a bunch of statistics without an actual study, is just that
