the idea of the conquest is based off of language and not genetics which is a poor messure to be honest, its much more likely the language became the dominant language like the way greek did in the classical age or latin as it did in the dark ages up to the renassance dispite neither being associated with direct conquest promoting them
now if you want a language that follows conquest let me tell you about english, spanish, and portuguese
