I won't sit here and act like portion sizes are the only thing.

Calories in, calories out. If you have more calories coming in than going out, well you're going to gain weight. Simple as that.

There’s already iodized salt right so just replace ur normal salt with it
You should just eat the same as your metabolic rate if you want to maintain weight. Eat less than your rate if you want to lose weight. Eat more than your rate if you want to gain weight.
