In my country Czech republic if the schools won't be opened in the last school month (July) students will receive their degrees calculated by their results in 3 years

But it's like nobody care about your grades just good you got the degree

I sent application to University of Defence (army), finance and management and business economy

You have state (free) and private (paid) schools. You have to study 3 years for BC and then 2 years for Mgr title

But now society meaning in Czech republic is that every "dumb" can get BC degree and the level of state college schools is not very good

You can choose in 90%. Only some schools accept by your grades. Mostly applicants write some test. (English + general prerequisites for study).

But the system due to financing of college schools is pretty easy. Schools get paid by numbers of students so their hire as many as they can and fire a lot of by the end of the first semester

They were some articles about this problem in Czech media this year so maybe it gets on the agenda after some time.
