Actually I know one YouTuber in Czech republic who is on carnivore diet and he eats mostly only meal (It's due to health problems).

You should just eat the same as your metabolic rate if you want to maintain weight. Eat less than your rate if you want to lose weight. Eat more than your rate if you want to gain weight.
