greedy selfish people that want the power and wealth, and tell you what you want to hear (most politicians)
and the people who are too dense to realise they're actually doing more harm (remaining politicians)

and if their alternative takes off, it will either kill twitter, or make them compete. the problem is getting an alternative to take off
