There was a crew of masonry workers doing the facade of a building I walk by on a daily basis. They had a sign saying "Caution: Men at work". Someone used a sharpie to cross out "Men" and replaced it with "People". The crew was all men, and according to the US Census somewhere between 98.5 and 99% of such work is done by men (depending on whether you consider them masons or slaters).
