that sort of thing should be opposed by everyone
it's just puzzling
I remember Bush v Gore, you'd think the US could run an election by now
Swing states are equivalent to cattle herding and mafia deciding quraters of steak, blood and bone in districts...dirty game
btw wasn't Gore robbed in the end?
They reversed again...
Bush v gore was a tossup pretty much it was within a few hundred votes in one state and you could make a case either way
@leftingfighter33 This is a red herring issue. They are using the machines to do the recount that Trump requested. Nobody is erasing them right now. They filed suit as theater to make people think that the machines were being erased.
it's kind of amazing the US can't count votes within a hundred votes of precision in a state
Fiscal conservatives going to love paying for this recount raise them taxes
I believe they want to audit the machines looking for fraud, not counts
Gore made a tactical error by not asking for a statewide recount. He may have won had he done that instead of asking for a recount in just a couple of Democratic-leaning counties.
the machines log a lot of stuff at the low level beyond count (although they can also alter logs)
for me it's amazing that the actual winner is decided by recount lawsuit strategy and not the actual legal votes
Dominion machines dont allow audit log by admins that was a sidney Powell curveball 😅
You are right... the machines do maintain a system log that records much more than what is visible in the DVS application logs.
from what I've seen, a lot of data can be obtained forensically
which so far it has been impeded, and I don't think this is justifiable
open it up and let's just find out
Impeded?
Were we okay with trump impeding witnesses from testifying in the senate. , just asking @nachik
It doesn't require a sleuth... Just access. The TX evaluations mentioned this as a shortcoming, but acknowledge that the system logs could be used to get the information, but was not available to election users via the interface.
Impeachment trial...
what does that have to do with the election?
The Arizona State Legislature is scheduled to hold an election integrity hearing on Nov. 30 that will include President Donald Trump’s lawyers Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani.
The event is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET) and ends at 2 p.m. MT (4 p.m. ET). The Epoch Times and NTD will livestream the full hearing.
honestly didn't follow the impeachment stuff at all
@james j, you just advanced to level 23!
they had long declared the intent to try Trump for anything, which kind of made it uninteresting
Hes saying transparency is a one way street for the GOP 😅 but kind of true the other way too
I'm not aware of this being impeded. The machines are still in use. Plus, you have to have probable cause. They have accusations that lack credibility.
Yeah just like trump long declared voter fraud @nachik from months before the election
having said that, it's a loophole that you can essentially harass any POTUS for whatever reason if you control the House
the US should revise that
Dominion and other electric machines are pretty kraken specific they havent really impeded or even done those in court
If they don't invite the opposing side to cross examine the witnesses and to bring their own rebuttal witnesses, it's not a hearing.
