the machines log a lot of stuff at the low level beyond count (although they can also alter logs)

2020-11-30 08:20:10 UTC

for me it's amazing that the actual winner is decided by recount lawsuit strategy and not the actual legal votes

2020-11-30 08:20:20 UTC

Dominion machines dont allow audit log by admins that was a sidney Powell curveball 😅

2020-11-30 08:20:40 UTC

You are right... the machines do maintain a system log that records much more than what is visible in the DVS application logs.

2020-11-30 08:21:02 UTC

from what I've seen, a lot of data can be obtained forensically

2020-11-30 08:21:34 UTC

which so far it has been impeded, and I don't think this is justifiable

2020-11-30 08:22:11 UTC

open it up and let's just find out

2020-11-30 08:22:13 UTC

Impeded?

2020-11-30 08:22:20 UTC

In dominion or on general lawsuits they made?

2020-11-30 08:22:53 UTC

Were we okay with trump impeding witnesses from testifying in the senate. , just asking @nachik

2020-11-30 08:23:10 UTC

It doesn't require a sleuth... Just access. The TX evaluations mentioned this as a shortcoming, but acknowledge that the system logs could be used to get the information, but was not available to election users via the interface.

2020-11-30 08:23:18 UTC

I'm not sure what are you talking about @james j

2020-11-30 08:23:33 UTC

Impeachment trial...

2020-11-30 08:23:37 UTC

The senate and house impeachment trail @nachik

2020-11-30 08:24:09 UTC

what does that have to do with the election?

2020-11-30 08:24:18 UTC

The Arizona State Legislature is scheduled to hold an election integrity hearing on Nov. 30 that will include President Donald Trump’s lawyers Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani.

The event is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. MT (11 a.m. ET) and ends at 2 p.m. MT (4 p.m. ET). The Epoch Times and NTD will livestream the full hearing.

2020-11-30 08:24:24 UTC

honestly didn't follow the impeachment stuff at all

2020-11-30 08:24:42 UTC

The question of impediment being unjustifiable @nachik

2020-11-30 08:24:42 UTC

@james j, you just advanced to level 23!

2020-11-30 08:24:48 UTC

they had long declared the intent to try Trump for anything, which kind of made it uninteresting

2020-11-30 08:25:00 UTC

Hes saying transparency is a one way street for the GOP 😅 but kind of true the other way too

2020-11-30 08:25:06 UTC

I'm not aware of this being impeded. The machines are still in use. Plus, you have to have probable cause. They have accusations that lack credibility.

2020-11-30 08:25:24 UTC

personally, I have no problem with the trial @james j

2020-11-30 08:25:39 UTC

Yeah just like trump long declared voter fraud @nachik from months before the election

2020-11-30 08:25:46 UTC

having said that, it's a loophole that you can essentially harass any POTUS for whatever reason if you control the House

2020-11-30 08:25:53 UTC

the US should revise that

2020-11-30 08:25:57 UTC

Dominion and other electric machines are pretty kraken specific they havent really impeded or even done those in court

2020-11-30 08:26:09 UTC

No I mean the impeding part @nachik

2020-11-30 08:26:32 UTC

If they don't invite the opposing side to cross examine the witnesses and to bring their own rebuttal witnesses, it's not a hearing.

2020-11-30 08:26:42 UTC

I answered before @james j

2020-11-30 08:26:42 UTC

@nachik, you just advanced to level 11!

2020-11-30 08:26:51 UTC

@nachik you are joking right, the republican controlled house harassed democrats for 4 year.

2020-11-30 08:26:56 UTC

I didn't know, but if you say so then sure

2020-11-30 08:27:32 UTC

I mean Arizona is a hearing it's just kind of a other unofficial sham hearing I liked the MI one even though it never should have happened

2020-11-30 08:27:35 UTC

there is no excuse ever to impede transparency in the election

2020-11-30 08:27:46 UTC

there are many good excuses not to try the POTUS

2020-11-30 08:28:04 UTC

but as I said before, I didn't follow the impeachment

2020-11-30 08:28:17 UTC

I agree that it should take more than a simple majority, but I don't know how much more.

2020-11-30 08:28:26 UTC

No you didn’t @nachik were against the impediment by trump during the impeaching hearings , (even though you say the house was after trump for a long time) . Similar to how trump declared voter fraud long before the election and we all knew he would claim it and drag out the election process months ago

2020-11-30 08:28:52 UTC

I had no opinion because, as I said before, I was totally out of the loop

2020-11-30 08:29:01 UTC

Well with this new information
