Here in the U.K. they are giving us five days for Christmas and mixing of 6 families and then draconian measures until Easter. Outrageous, we’ll let the virus run rampant in five days and then we’ll go into lockdown.
And the people act like sheep. Like my best friends who are usually freedom minded give me shit for (as a single) seeing my second allowed contact.

I had no problems adhering to the rules at the start of the pandemic, but now not so more. The handling of the pandemic has been woeful. So bad it makes us look like third world countries.

Yes this is what utterly confuses me about the lawsuit. Smartmatic is Dominions competitor on the market they don't share technology. This Venezuela witness says because both softwares are designed to count votes and he has no knowledge of the 2020 election beyond he saw the spikes in vote counts is very suspect. Sidney accusing Dominion of rigging votes in counties with no Dominion machines because of their minority population is a huge red flag. She included the hack of Appel who was hacking the 30 year old Sequioa AVC Advantage and then proceeds to pretend that Georgia who spent over 100 million dollars on brand new Dominion machines has all the same flaws when his goal was to point out that decades old machines are easily hackable. Their safeguards go way beyond the paper ballots which are printed out and each voter can check and then you verify the hand paper count vs the electronic tally but she refuses to explain how even those match. His document and others are what lead to their design of newer machines to not have the same security flaws.
Im also confused as to why in the kraken video he said the legislature is not supposed to "hand over" the power to administer the elections? As I understand it the legislature is supposed to write the laws which are followed to count the ballot by election officials in areas around the state. Once everything is tallied and handed over these cavassing boards total them all up and certify that they have all the results and then the states do the same. Then if there is a need to recount it follow the law. If there is a law making an automatic audit those are done. If candidates like Trump want to prove fraud its done in court where they prove evidence there was wrongdoing then vote totals are fixed or audits are done to check for further evidence of corruption. If they request audits or recounts outside of this its by the law.
Why is the legislature supposed to be able to change the rules as to how votes are counted after they see their guy lost? Why are they allowed to be the judge and award electorals to the loser of an election because they assume fraud? Why are they allowed to have sham hearings to trot out partisan witnesses and ask them no questions or verify accuracy or provide evidence? At least in a congressional hearing you get experts and witnesses from neutral and both sides and the opposing party can ask questions and if they lie its perjury. They claimed testimony was under penalty of perjury then held a press conference with nobody sworn in. What? The legislative body should be providing the guidelines by which we decide who people voting choose electors not be deciding who the winner is and throwing out elections.

Im also seeing they randomly called Texas into the lawsuit so they can have a GOP congressman with a tech background make up a bunch of stuff reiterating the 30 year old machine nonsense and putting just weird stuff in his testimony like claiming a town with 60% turnout had 700% turnout. That seems like a stretch. Is this other exhibit full of twitter tweets? Good lord.

Pointing out several lousy claims does not do away with the 100s of affadavits and constitutional problems.

The "hundreds of random" affidavits have been thrown out in court due to their sloppy collection methodology. Im talking about the few expert testimony the best of which they apparently though should go on Fox News for interviews and baffled them as to why she thought fraud was done the compelling case of the mystery van. Jinkies. But you haven't said what I supposedly lied about.
