And regarding HIV AIDS - how many children have been orphaned? The figures must be staggering in Africa.
Many people are never issued a death certificate, and post mortem's are not routinely carried out - also - there is a stygma in Africa regarding the cause of death being stated as having been due to AIDS - but, considering that they stilll have regulat outbreaks of cholera, and measles, and Tuberculosis, it really is just a shit-hole beyond compare.
