In a study published 21 February 2018 in Nature โ International Journal of Science entitled, The Beaker phenomenon and the genomic transformation of northwest Europe, the genetic origin of Whites is explained (Ref 5). A series of burial sites dating back to 3900 โ 1200 BCE were excavated and samples of DNA were taken from the bodies. After testing and comparing them with later samples the study shows that all modern day Whites descend from this group referred to as the beaker people.

if you are 6'1" and not working towards 235 - 260 weight with a 12 - 18% body fat then why are you working out?
you should be able to do a minimum of 3 miles in 25 mins which is slow.

a 20 to 30 minute a day 5 - 6 days a week weight lifting program with running two to three times a week is easy.

if you are taking more than 30 minutes in your weight lifting program then you are not serious about getting gains and keeping a better conditioned cardio vascular system
you should have no more than 30 secs between work outs. if you are serious about reaching your full potential then you need to hit your anaerobic threshold.

What this does is builds a more efficient mitochondria and cardiovascular system. new capillaries are produce to deliver more oxygen with every stroke. this means a higher stroke volume. this ends up translating to a better resting heartrate. stop looking in the fucking mirror and start working out with only 30 secs in between workouts.
the second part of the equation is rest. if you are working out a muscle group with less than 5 days of rest from the last time you worked out that muscle group then you are wrong.

@Kraviz i recommend starting a time run at 25 minutes and keeping your heartrate at 60 - 75% of your maximum. this is about 132 - 165 heart beats a minute. if you are truly hitting the weights like you are saying then you should go for a low to mid range. so 132 - 150. you need to make sure though that you are hitting your anaerobic threshold during weight lifting to have full workout. each week increase the speed but stay in that range. after awhile you will be able to run faster and still keep that heartrate range easily.

also you don't have to just do running you can do swimming and jump rope. running is just a very easy way to measure progress because of timing and speed increase. you can do the same with jump roping and swimming. you can count the numbers of jumps per minute and you can count the number laps per workout session in the pool. just stay within that range.
hitting the heavy bag can be done too. you can count how many times you hit the bag with your power hand and your jab. if you do martial arts practicing shadow boxing in a routine form can be counted how many times you completed it before time was up.
